Where do I park?
You can find a paid parking space in Murjan 1 itself, Parking P3. Exhale clients can avail 1 hour parking at the studio upon presentation of the parking receipt.

How early can I book?
The schedule is released on a monthly basis, between the 22nd and the 25th of the month. You can book your schedule once it is released online through mind&body; or directly through reception.

Can I book online?
Yes. You can download the Mind and Body app and book online.

Is it a ladies only facility?
Yes, we are a Ladies-only Facility. However, mixed classes for male and female are open on Fridays.

Do you have personal trainers and what is the cost?
We do provide personal training sessions at the studio or at home. Check our instructors’ profiles or personal training page for more details.Please contact our reception for more info about Prices and Packages.

If I purchase a monthly membership, does it start at the beginning of the month or when I purchase it?
The membership is activated on the day of purchase.

Do I have to register for classes?
Yes, we recommend you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

What are the cancellation policies?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy applicable to all classes, private sessions and workshops.

What do I wear for the class?
Wear light, comfortable and breathable clothes that will allow you to move freely.

Do you offer classes?
Yes we do! We offer a wide variety of classes, all of which are included in membership. See our studio timetable for a view of what we offer.

Do I need to be fit to join?
Not necessarily; we have classes that cater to all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced levels. You can call us to advise you on classes that are suitable personally for you.

What classes can a Beginner do?
All our classes cater for different levels. Fitness, yoga for all and Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for beginners, as are all Pilates classes that are labeled for beginners. For more details about the classes, please refer to our class description page, or contact our reception for more guidance.

Can I try a class before I get a membership?
Yes, we offer a Free First Class Trial for first time clients.

What are my payment options?
You can pay by cash, card or cheque. For the children’s classes, we only accept cash or cheques

What are the opening hours?
We are open as early as 8 am and close at 9 pm.

Can I take classes without membership?
Yes, you have an option to pay for a Single Session, purchase a package, or a membership.

Do I need to bring my own equipment (mat, towels, etc)
Mats and towels are provided for free in the studio. Just bring yourself and have fun in the class!

Where is Exhale located?
We are located at The Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Plaza level, Murjan 1.

Can I put my membership on hold?
Memberships or Packages can be frozen (temporary hold) during the summer months only. You need to advise the reception on your “freezing” starting date.

Are there changing facilities, showers and lockers?
Yes, we have showers, lockers and toilets.
