1 on 1 - Personal Training
Personal training involves a tailored exercise program that helps you achieve your goals, and is simulatneously based on a general evaluation of your fitness level and physical capabilities done on the first session.
Throughout the course of your training, re-assessments will be done to monitor your progress and enhance your program. You will see and feel the changes in your body rather quickly, and improve your physical performance in and outside the studio.
