What is Yoga?
Yoga works on the body's musculature and structure, creating internal balance of our energetic systems, and aiding in the development of strength and flexibility physically, mentally and emotionally.
An object which is very strong, yet is rigid will crack under pressure - as will humans! Equally, an object which is very flexible, but without any structure will be like a floppy ragdoll unable to move forward with resilience - as too with humans!
There are many forms of yoga and reasons why individuals want to learn yoga.
No matter what level of previous experience you have, reason for exploring yoga, or age and physical condition you are in, you can be certain that there is a yoga for you.
The right yoga for you is the one that supports and gives you greater strength, flexibility, and balance to pursue your goals whether they be physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or any combination thereof.
