This yoga class is slow paced and open to all levels. We focus on deep opening of the joints and relaxation of the muscles with a strong emphasis on hip opening. Cultivation of flexibility through relaxation and letting go is achieved through intention, determination, and concentration. Stretch yoga is a wonderful compliment to a regular exercise routine as it allows the body proper time to release tension in the deep tissue.
