She been practicing yoga with full commitment, love and dedication religiously for the past 3 years. She started her career working in Retail Management and soon realized her passion belonged elsewhere.
Yoga isn't just about gaining flexibility and strength, its about creating balance and awareness, not just within your practice but also as part of your life. Its about learning to love yourself and building a connection spiritually and emotionally.
Her Personal Practice is Ashtanga focussed however she can teach and enjoy teaching various styles of Yoga.
She completed her 200hr RYT Teacher Training at Upaya Yoga School in Goa, India. Her training was very traditional and she was taught all different types and aspects of Yoga by her teachers.

Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, different types of Pranayama breathing techniques, Yoga anatomy, Patanjalis Yoga Sutras, Ayurvedic approach to Asana practice, alignment and adjustment techniques, Meditation and Yoga Nidra.

She teach Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pranayama.
